There’s a lot to write about super-rare Mansard Victorian 30 Conwell Avenue. Even Curbed Boston took a shine to it, pinning the single-family as the likeliest property to emerge as Somerville’s most expensive house sale. There’s so much to write, in fact, that after all this time we’ve still never mentioned the incredible yard.
When the snows eventually melted (thankfully sooner in Somerville than some parts of Boston), we were finally able to landscape this special space. We think we got it pristine.
The large yard is freshly sodded and includes in-ground sprinklers. Tastefully done with an effortless class, the yard looks just great as it is.
But there’s so much space that the possibilities are (almost) endless. We know outdoor space is very important, and this garden is ripe for being sculpted to your needs, tastes, or *whispers* desires.
One more huge reason to love 30 Conwell Avenue.
