The vision aims to replicate the area’s trend, creating dense city blocks, with stores, businesses, and restaurants occupying the ground floors of tall, residential buildings.
The area has already had a series of economic boosts, with new jobs and homes rapidly emerging. East Somerville has been considered untapped potential for a long time, and finally that reality is emerging.
Our (completely unbiased, we assure you) verdict is that buying in East Somerville as an investment would be a very wise move at this point in time.
